The lost year in the economy lags behind. In 2010, no extraordinary development is expected in terms of investments and employment. The number of sectors and companies that expect growth, so to speak, is not so much. The heat insulation market is one of the prominent areas in this sense. In particular, significant growth is expected in the jacketing part of this market.
Thermal insulation means the insulation of the exterior of buildings with plastic foams against heat. In 2010, this area is expected to offer business opportunities to numerous dealerships and thousands of people. Recently, sheathing companies whose business volumes have increased by half will start new investments with the new year. Increasing business volume will create a need for new personnel especially in practice.
Almost every company in the sector aims to train sheathing masters with short-term trainings. However, these studies since 2010. Turkey Business Association (İş-Kur) is scheduled to be carried out by hand.
IZODER (Heat Insulation, Water Insulation, Sound Insulation and Fire Insulators Association), which determines the number of members needed by member companies, aims to provide training to around 5 thousand people next year. Free jacketing certificate will be given at the end of the courses. According to the demand of employees coming from the dealers, companies who have completed the course will have a high chance of finding a job. Even "employment guaranteed" should not be wrong to say.

Şen informs that in 2010 both İŞKUR, both companies and İZODER will organize intensive courses to train qualified personnel in all areas of insulation and exterior sheathing.
COURSES
START IN THE FIRST QUARTER
IZODER, with the courses it has organized so far, has graduated nearly 500 people as a master of exterior jacketing and exterior sheathing. However, the growing market demand is gradually increasing. Ertugrul Sen, according to the agreement with lskur'la 5-6 thousand people will receive training, he says. This number may increase with both referrals from dealers and external applicants. Even the 265,000 euro funding from the European Union (EU) funds has been provided for the training project. IZODER's courses do not cover only thermal insulation. Trainees will be able to obtain certificates in other areas of insulation.
Those who want to attend the courses can apply to İŞKUR directly or by filling out the form online. The courses will start in spring 2010 and will last for 2 weeks. In this field, both blue-collar and white-collar applications will be accepted.

Almost 90 percent of buildings across the country are currently uninsulated. If Turkey is calculated at 17 million housing stock which needs to be spent about $ 50 billion for the insulation of these structures. The insulation sector, which reaches a market volume of $ 2 billion annually including consumption and implementation, currently employs 130,000 people. 7.7 million cubic meters of insulation material is produced annually. When water, sound and fire insulation are included in the heat, new employment potential of 40 thousand people is mentioned in the long term.
İzocam will continue
its free trainings in 2010 as well. The company plans to hire 120 people in the
coming period. Fatih Öktem makes the
following assessment regarding the importance of thermal insulation and the new
regulation: İyi A
house with good insulation can be heated even with candlelight. "The new
regulation will not only heat the buildings but also sound insulation. In
addition, their installations will be renewed, then maintenance and repair work
will come up, buildings heated by the central system 'heat share meter' will be
installed. So many sectors will be revived."
