PRODUCT FEATURES AND INTRODUCTION
Isobond Acrylic Sealant; is a one-component, acrylic-based
joint sealant and sealant with superior adhesion strength.
It does not contain solvent, it is odorless. Thanks to its
anti-bacterial feature, it does not turn yellow and tarnish, it retains its
elasticity for a long time after drying and does not crack. It can be painted
after curing, it can be applied easily with a gun, it creates a waterproof layer
after drying, it does not contain oil on its surface. It does not affect the
filled surface. It is resistant to water, wind and moisture in aluminum, wooden
and PVC frames and windows. It is very easy to apply and clean.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
In the joints of all types of joinery, windows, doors and
walls, in the combination of plaster, windowsill and other building materials,
eternit and aluminum roof and facade plates and all kinds of wood, concrete,
brick, etc. It is used in small and medium-moving joints of construction
materials, in filling cracks in walls and ceilings, in mounting PVC, iron and
aluminum joinery, as well as before painting against cracks.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTION : The
surfaces to be treated must be free from dust, dirt and oil, and the surface
must be dry. If there are loose layers, they should be removed. Avoid
application in frost and extremely hot weather.
CONSUMPTION /
It is Ready to use. It is not diluted with water or other
substances. Consumption more or less can lead to inefficiency and side effects
on product performance. Application surface, rain, water, mechanical impacts
etc. during and after the application. must be protected from all external
factors for 24 hours.
DRYING TIME
Touch dry time is 4 hours. These values are given for 1 mm
thickness at 20 ° C. Ambient temperature should be between +5 C and + 35 ° C
during application. Exact drying may vary depending on ambient conditions.
SHELF LIFE / STORAGE CONDITIONS
It is suitable for use for 16 months from the date of production
if it is stored and stored between +5, +25 ° C in its original sealed packages
in dry cool environments without direct sunlight. Keep the mouth of the package
closed when not in use. Protect from freezing.
HEALTH SAFETY
As with all chemical products, food products should not be
