PRODUCT FEATURES AND INTRODUCTION

Isobond ready-to-use joint filling; It is a modified acrylic copolymer binder based, resistant to mold and fungus formation, flexible, non-cracking and collapsing, water-resistant, ready-to-use white colored joint filling material suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It dries fast, applied quickly and easily. It is ideal for replenishing old joint fillings. The tube end ensures that the grouting is perfectly and practically placed between the tile grouts. In this way, the consumption of the joint filling material used is significantly reduced. After drying, the waterproof layer forms a layer between them.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Especially in filling the gaps between ceramics and tiles of all sizes, glass mosaics; It is used to fill joint gaps, small holes and crevices such as plaster, brick wall, light building board, plaster, papier-mache, insulated boards, etc. Thanks to its high flexibility, it is applied indoors and outdoors.                               

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION

Isobond ready-to-use joint sealant is a very simple and practical product. Care should be taken to ensure that the application area is dry, clean and free from oil, and the joints between the joints should be cleaned from residues that will prevent adhesion. The depth between the joint should be maximum 10 mm. In applications made at a greater depth, the joint may collapse, which may require a second joint application after the surface has dried. After the application process is finished, wait approximately 1-2 hours depending on the ambient temperature for the floor to dry. If needed, the procedure can be repeated 2 hours after application. Clean the overflow part with a damp sponge within the first 30-60 minutes depending on the ambient temperature. Keep the lid closed so that the increased material can be used again.

CONSUMPTION / COVERAGE

It is ready to be diluted with water or other substances. Consumption more or less can lead to inefficiency and side effects on product performance. The applied surface, mechanical impacts during and after the application, etc. must be protected from all external factors for 24 hours.

DRYING TIME

Working time is 5 - 15 minutes and walking time is 4 hours. Wait 24-36 hours for the application to dry completely and contact with water. Ambient temperature should be between +5 C and + 35 ° C during application.

SHELF LIFE / STORAGE CONDITIONS

It is suitable for use for 24 months from the date of production, if stored and stored between +5, +35 ° C in its original sealed packages in dry cool environments without direct sunlight. Keep the mouth of the package closed when not in use.
